As a OVA that is ^^. According to the Lucky Star website, it looks like it will be on sale starting September 26, only 3 days away for me ^^;;;. Looks like a BGM CD and a Drama CD will be included as well.
Looks like there will be lots of cosplaying in the OVA, including Kagami dress as Miku ^^, she looks quite cute. Of course, being the fang fan boy I am, I’m hoping for more Misao xD, FANG POWER ^^.
Hey everyone, it’s nice to be back and rested ^^. This year’s Kawaii Kon wiped me out, due to the amount of running around the kon that I did to make sure that it ran smoothly. I believe I woke up at least by 8 in the morning then worked for the kon from 10 am-12 pm 
. Too busy even to take pictures of the cosplayers that attended the kon, so I’m going to take pics from other people and post them here, I will give them credit of course ^^.

Hatsune Miku wants one as well ^^
You have your leek sir. I want my leek. You have your leek sir, as you can order it online lol ^^. This is no joke, my friend Natsu pointed this out to me on Japan’s Amazon which you can check out for yourself with the link above. Pretty crazy stuff right there, I can just head down to the local food market store and just buy one lol. I don’t need to go online to order it, even if I am a Hatsune Miku fan.

Well that was a bit disturbing to watch lol. Beloved Kagami killing Pikachu’s and Doraemon’s with uzi’s and rifles o_O. Hearing Kagami and Tsukasa laugh gleefully as they killed Pikachu’s in the beginning of the first video as well which was eerie. It was nice seeing the other Lucky Star characters and other anime characters killing people too lol, see if you can name all of them. This is what happens to child stars I guess lol, once the nice income from their show ends they go to a life of crime, how sad T-T. But at the same time I thought it was awesome lol, think I’ll borrow my friends PC version of GTA: San Andreas and look for these mods ^^. Seeing sweet Kagami using her tsundere attitude to kill Pikachu’s was interesting though. Never thought I would say those words in one sentence ^^, might be the first lol.
Well, here’s another Lucky Star dance, not as great as the other one but it has its merit. First of all there are four girls which made it initially great. But there were these obvious cuts in between that made the video not as great as the other one. More practice could have also been done with this vid before they actually did it.
What really irritated me though was the person with the cellphone which constantly showed up in the vid, most likely to record the dance on his/her cellphone. The person could have still done the cell phone thing without being in the camera. Well good job to them for their effort, especially during the filler part when the girls didn’t show up in the anime.
Well like the title says, this is a girl version of the Lucky Star dance. This is well done, but its missing a member which was disappointing, but the fact that they were able to do most of it without another member was impressive. I wish they could have cosplayed, sadly like the other Lucky Star dancer, but that costs money which I’m pretty sure they didn’t want to spend just to be on Youtube. Congrats for them as they are the first (at least for me) Live Action Lucky Star Girl Dancers.
I don’t mean give up playing MMORPG. I meant appreciation was shown for MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) for about half the episode of Lucky Star Episode 5 was dedicated to it which I love. I understood everything RPG in the episode too, which I don’t know whether to be proud of or give myself a sigh for knowing it. Konata’s online name was KonaKona, I’m going to see if I can name my character that for my own MMORPG games, if it hasn’t already been taken (-_-). There was some action too. Check out the pics below
I believe tanking is pretty boring to do and unless you can heal or have like a priest with you its extremely hard to do. A wizard is nice as long as you can cast fast enough.
Even Akira from Lucky Channel played MMORPG, apparently guys were just giving stuff away to her even though she was new, maybe her character was cute or something. I liked the way she clapped and said clap which explains the screen shot, I thought it was very kawaii.
Major action going on and they are sisters too (O-o;).
Maybe Tsubaki from Anime Desho Desho put it best when he said “It’s only entertaining when we do it in THREEs.” He was mentioning a MMORPG party though so get your mind out of the gutter. -_-;
Lucky Star is getting really good now as it is incorporating more anime related items and more about the life of an otaku ala Konata’s life. I really like all the anime references and had to check out a few because I did not know what they were talking about. It’s great to know because “knowledge is power” (pumps fist in air, lol 0_o).
Not anime related but French. The word bourgeoisie means upper class back in the old pre-revolutionary days in France. I learned that this word also means middle class in other parts of the world that do not speak English. OMG you just learned while checking out anime how horrible lol. I love how Tsukasa looks in the back, she asked if bourgeoisie was a type of yogurt I was laughing so hard when I read that.
It’s the twins birthday in Lucky Star and Konata got them both gifts. Here’s a Melancholy of Haruhi armband which is probably at most like 15 USD, I love it.
Check out the price on top, thats like 260 USD. You can tell who she favors more.

I feel I have done a grave injustice. In an earlier post, I did a highly critical review on Lucky Star, episode 1. Well I thought I would give it another chance and after watching it three times I actually liked it better. I understood what was going on and I guess that helped as I was not as bored as before as I watched them talk away about food.
It was kind of interesting actually when I was re-watching it. So much apologies to Lucky Star.
The second episode though was more interesting, especially when the sisters are thinking about what kind of job Konata would get, turns out it was a maid cafe which totally suits her. Can’t wait till next weeks episode.
