For those of you who like Bleach, check out this Online Bleach RPG Game. In this game you get to choose to fight as a shinigami or hollow where you can get stronger by defeating other people (hollow vs shinigami or shinigami vs hollow) who play the game and by choosing how to distribute your strength, intelligence, or speed. You can even upload your own avatar to distinguish yourself from other players.  It’s a great game for people with some time to spare.  Btw, I chose to be a hollow lol, always thought they were a bit interesting.  Besides, if too much people choose shinigami there wouldn’t be much hollow to fight ;P.

I have noticed this for a while but never acted on it, I have not done a Bleach review yet lol. Bleach, not the stuff for your clothes, but the anime is one of those animes you got to watch. It’s about a boy named Ichigo Kurosaki (Ichigo in Japanese is strawberry ^-^) who could see the spirits of the undead but was not really involved with the dead until he met a death god named Rukia Kuchiki. Rukia was hunting a hollow at the time, a hollow is a human who has turned into a type of evil beast due to him/her not being able to go on to the after life aka soul society, when she met Ichigo who surprised her by not only seeing her but taking on the hollow as well. Ichigo was about to be killed by the hollow when Rukia pushed him out of the way, fearing for both their lives, Rukia decided to give Ichigo some of her power to take on the hollow but Ichigo took nearly all of it and became a death god with a huge sword the size of his body compared to the normal sword size, due to all his “spiritual energy”. Ichigo ends up defeating the hollow in his first step in changing the world as a death god. That pretty much summarizes the first episode. There are currently 227 episodes released and more to come as this is one of those animes that will continue on and on, the manga goes even farther than the anime. This show is filled with fights, some comedy, and a serious plot. The plot though seems to basically revolve around Ichigo as he becomes stronger and stronger, defeating opponents stronger than him but finds himself to confused and weak when he loses as he tries to contain his “inner-self”. But there are a lot of sub-stories involved that not only involves his friends, family, soul society, and even his own enemies.

I really like this anime for all the fighting that they do and the story is easy to follow. The swords that death gods weild are especially cool because of all the different powers that come from them like paralysis, doubling the weight of whatever it hits, extra speed, energy sucking, and more. The art is really great which kind of affects my decision to watch an anime or read a manga. Its a great anime to watch for all the fighting but the story line can be a bit dull at times. So I recomend watching it at least once, especially for the people who live in the U.S. as adult swim on cartoon network is showing the english dubbed version of the anime (although I wish some of the voices were chosen better, especially kon’s). I really like the opening songs for Bleach and the golden cups they do which gives a comedic clip after the preview for the next episode.

This is Kenpachi, captain of squad 11 of the 13 squads. He is my favorite captain who uses brute force and enjoys fighting as his hobby. Taking blows to his body like nothing and he fights like theres no tomorrow, plus he looks cool lol. He is also directionally challenged but is one of the stronger captains of the 13 squads.

Battle of the Bleach Voice Actors

Yes, thats right, its a battle between the Japanese voice actors from the anime Bleach and what other way to battle than as their own character in the Bleach Wii game. The voice actors battled it out and did their own Bleach dialogue. Check out how intensely they play, they must have practiced for this day. I like how fast every battle loads, very sugoi. Sorry no subtitles.

Here we have Ichigo vs. Gin, this is how it turned out before.

Sadly Ichigo lost, lets see how he does in this battle. A lot of Bankai on the behalf of Ichigo in this vid.

Next is Byaku vs. Renji, which ended something like this.

It ended with Renji being seriously cut up to the brink of death by Byaku’s bankai. Who will win in the decisive battle of who is stronger? There is a lot of intense standoffs in this vid.

Wahhh its Renji, that totally throws off the storyline of Bleach. O well, on to the final decisive battle.

Now we have the final battle, Ichigo vs. Renji. Here’s how it ended before.

Let’s see how it will end now, will Ichigo win again or will Renji beat Ichigo and go off to save Rukia?

Huzzah, Ichigo wins so we can still rely on the storyline being what it is. Check out the trophy, pretty decked out just for a wii battle between voice actors. I like how everyone really put effort into their own character, as seen in the battles and their yelling. I can’t wait until this comes out in America, I would go out and buy a Wii for this game.

ICHIGO’S HOLLOW FORM (SPOILER)

Woot, Ichigo has just taken on his inner hollow and has become a full hollow in Bleach episode 125. His hollow form looked awesome in my opinion, much better than all the other hollows I have seen. But in the end he beat his inner hollow and now has control over it, for now.

Plus Aizen’s plan to kill soul society’s king has been revealed and now they should continue on with the main main story of fighting Aizen. I thought this episode was pretty cool, check out the screen shots below to judge for yourself.

Ichigo’s hollow form, awesome, just awesome

I thought this close up of the mask was pretty cool as well, all the shading.

Ichigo’s hollow form must be strong if it can use cero’s (that red thing in the middle), for only the stronger hollows can use it.

But in the end Ichigo beat his inner hollow and his true self appears, with the mask to show that he conquered it.

It’s weird how he “shed” his hollow form, it just came off like some strange mold and broke like glass into shards when it hit the ground.

Check out that wide screen tv. Pretty crazy looking, but the feedback you get is way better than any HD. Think of the movies you could watch….

WOOOOOT. Kawaii Kon has been over for a week now and I will miss it until next year but until then here are some cosplayers that came over during the Kon and I will present you with some of their pictures.

There were a ton of cosplayers this year, unfortunately I could not capture many due to work for the Kon. More next year.

O speak of the devil (reference to Light). Hear they are, I like the red eyes effect on the Light character but I don’t know if that was the camera or intentional.

Who says it has to be anime related, these Star War characters were awesome to see, too bad there was no Darth Vadar as that would complete the set. If Danny Choo sees this , come down to Kawaii Kon next year with your Darth Vadar outfit to complete the set please, you will definitely enjoy the Kon, your men are ready for you ^-^.

Drum Roll Please…dumm, dumm, dumm…it’s the VIC. He does the voice acting for many animes, his most famous role is for the English version of Edward Elric from Full Metal Alchemist. Vic is tall so not exactly comparable to Ed, but Vic is very cool to be around with. He even had dinner with the local Mini Skirt Army down here, very cool of him to do. His appearance probably brought a lot of attendees down to visit and he never disappoints.

Cellphones for your working Shinigami (Death God)

This was something interesting I picked up while looking through Bleach on youtube. I was like wow, cellphones in Seretei, I always thought the butterfly thing they use was more interesting though. The ideas for the new cellphone styles were interesting, especially Nemu’s and Soi Fong’s. Honestly I would go for something like Soi Fong’s but with something manlier lol, although Yachiru’s idea wasn’t half bad neither, it caught Rukia’s attention.

As most of you have guessed (or not), I think anime is great and one of the better one’s I have seen so far is Bleach (not that thing you throw in the laundry). My favorite character being the little pink haired lieutenant, Yachiru. Watch the vid and you will see one of the reasons why I like her so much (and no its not some loli thing, sickos).
