I am currently living in America right now and it sucks when I can’t get television like this. I don’t know why but I couldn’t stop watching these clips. The clips are filmed through a high speed camera that can slow down the frame rate of what is captured that you get a slow motion effect when you watch what you took. It’s incredible and one of those things you can only find in Japan. So until I move there I have to settle for youtube. My favorite part was the way water moves, from coming out of a balloon to its impact on the ground from the sky, at the later portion of the first clip. It’s like art and we don’t even know about it, moved me to tears, NOT, lol but still pretty cool. Videos found on Japansugoi.

Kingdom Hearts II Opening
Woot. Finally a game post. Well lets start off with one of my favorite game series of all time, Kingdom Hearts. In my opionion one of the best games ever created, combining Square Enix, creators of favorites such as the Final Fantasy game series, and Disney, those who made Winnie the Pooh and Mickey Mouse. Now I know what you’re thinking (I think), Disney….Disney…thats like a kids thing…and I whole heartedly agree. But for some reason I don’t think the game could have been quite as good without it.
Disney’s role in this game include’s supplying multiple characters, voices, and themes throughout the game with a somewhat kiddish touch. The voices, O the voices, are great. They totally match what the original Disney cast sounds like, although hearing Cloud’s voice (Final Fantasy 7) was like wow, so thats how he sounds like in their opinion. The dubbing was on cue most of the time and greatly adapted for the American release, the game originally released in Japan.
This game is great, a lot of action, great story line, excellent graphics, a lot of side missions, and much more. The sequel, Kingdom Hearts II, actually didn’t come out bad, as most game sequels do, but actually improved on the first game with improved game play, extra features, and better graphics (more for the cg movies). The replay value is actually not that high, but if you played it on easy then on proud mode is going to be way different. I recommend it as a must play and own game.

Well I don’t know how much of you watched the new episode of Bizzare Foods on the Travel channel. I expect about 1/1,000,000,000,000 of the world actually watched it, this number includes monkeys and dogs, don’t ask, I just know. It was an all right episode in my opinion but it could have been better. About half the time he bashed on the food because it tasted too strange or looked weird to him, like sweet potato ice cream with cheese ice cream held in a hamburger bun, who hasn’t eaten that? The grubs he ate looked particularly good to me and the deep fried chicks as well. O well, can’t wait till his next episode when he goes to Morocco to eat, based on the previews I expect plenty of goats and goat brain. Oooo, exciting.

Well I am currently in college and have recently taken a huge turn in life. I don’t want to be a dentist anymore. I mean I had the will to take the job on and everything but I got kind of bored when I started working at a dental practice. I mean it would have been a great job, helping people, perhaps getting my own practice and doing things at my own time, no on call kind of thing, repetitive work, and of course the pay would have been good. But that also meant at least 6-8 years of additional schooling after high school, 8-10 years if I specialized, and thats only if I got into dental school.
Well I have dropped some of the classes I didn’t need and am now trying to find some direction in life. I’m currently looking at business which requires much less schooling and results in less pay unless I become a genius at it or end up being an office drone stuck in the cubicle (no offense to those in those positions).
But I am also looking at spending a couple years in Japan teaching English which has even less pay than being in business but I get to live where I always wanted to go. I have been looking around at some websites for info on it and it looks doable. Basic requirements includes knowing English, graduating with a Bachelors in college, and a short essay on why I want to teach English in Japan. But thats in a few years so I don’t have to worry much about it yet. Well class starts soon so I got to finish this. Laters.

I have two work spaces. My old one is on my pc but is now my brothers, I only use it now for printing. My new workspace is on my laptop on the ground. I miss my chair. Also shown is my desktop.
Cosplay (or Why I also love Japan)

If you have ever liked anime, manga, or giant robot fighting action; then you most likly have come across the word cosplay. Costume is the combination of costume and play, hence cosplay. Currently, Japan has the most cosplayers in the world or at least the most active (my opinion, no actual statistics). You can find cosplayers walking down the streets of Shinjuku or Akihabara on the weekends just posing, walking, hanging out, and being who they are.
But this girl seen below, is Arisa Mizuhara, one of the best and cutest I have ever seen do cosplay. She has done many cosplays ranging from anime and games. Her earlier photos are not as well done in my opinion, but I don’t believe she intended to cosplay continuously. but get way better in quality in her later pictures.

Andrew Zimmern

I don’t know if you’ve heard of this guy but his show Bizzare Foods with Andrew Zimmern is one of my favorite shows to watch. Although the travel channel has only shown one episode where he goes to Asia to eat the strangest foods he could find, like in Japan where he ate puffer fish, turtle, frog, and much more. They always seem to show this episode with a glimpse of a Japan show which I don’t mind watching as well. But guess what, he is getting his own show and will be showing a new one next week on February 26th at 9 PM Eastern time. Can’t wait to watch it. Hope you will too.

OK…this is one of those old school animes that helped define todays anime. It’s Macross, Woot. This was probably one of the earliest animes I can remember watching when I was younger. It has planes that transform into robots with the classic plot of fighting aliens. It was a great series..too bad its so old or they would still show it. Hey I recommend it as a must watch anime, so watch it. I command you lol.

Wow, shes like, well sugoi. To think a girl like that could eat so much, its like mind-boggling. I can eat like a lot, but shes like the next kobayshi or something. I don’t get why they blurred that guys hands and tummy though. If I could eat like her I would be like going to the hotdog eating competition and showing up Kobayashi.
