Thank you to those of you that contacted us with concern over Chibified. We’ve been dealing on and off with getting hacked for the last couple months. We’re tentatively optimistic that we’ve cleaned everything up, but we shall see.
For now, we are back.

Although I’ve been blogging for many years now, today is Chibified’s anniversary ^^.

This also happens to be Chibified’s first anniversary ^^. Chibified is one year old today ^^.
Tomoyo and I unfortunatly spent our New Year sick ^^;;. I’m still sick as I write this. So we spent most of the day in bed lol. Hopefully we get better soon ^^;;. The picture above shows what we look like though we don’t have smiles on our face ^^;;.
Here’s a preview of a photoshoot I did that I will post about next.
The word of the year for 2009 is….Travel. The reason for it is the amount of traveling that Tomoyo and I did this past year. It’s also shaping out to be this year too lol. I’ll be on a plane in about 7 hours to go to Japan ^^;;. I’ll post while I’m there though. Got a new and lightweight laptop to use when I’m there ^^;;.

Hello and welcome to Chibified. This is the first “official” post for this blog. If you’re confused by what I said earlier, let me explain. You may have noticed posts that date back to 2007, the reason is all the posts that I, AS, have started since then and have imported onto this blog. I was first using blogspot under the blog name, AnimeSugoiDesuNe. Then I moved to AnimeSugoi with help from Maestro, who I have much thanks for helping me the whole time I was on AnimeBlogger.
Over 10,000 spams has been blocked from entering my blog posts, muhahaha xD. Thank you Akismet for protecting my blog ^^. I do run into some spam now and then, though when I do it’s spam that’s been questioned and needs to be moderated 
. I get some pretty weird spam, mostly of an “unethical and immoral nature” . Now only if I had 10,000+ comments xD.
I love Hina and I know many of you do as well ^^, it has nothing to do with the post lol.
I know there are commenter’s out there who needed me to repeatedly moderate your comments which can be quite frustrating. So I am happy to say it shouldn’t happen anymore, well not as much anyways lol. Although it’s not quite proven, I believe that the problem was my spam karma plugin that has many restrictions on who can and can’t comment. Initially it worked out great and all the spam was eaten with no one except new commenter’s possibly needed to be moderated. But it shouldn’t happen anymore, for I’m going to rely on Akismet to protect me from spam. I came to the conclusion that spam karma was the problem because after I deactivated it and used Akismet, R.O.’s latest comment went through without me needing to moderate. So happy days are upon this blog with comments that can go through with no problem, hopefully ^^.
Hooro’s dream come true ^^
It’s almost been a year since I started AnimeSugoi, when I moved from my original blog, Animesugoidesune on blogspot to AnimeBlogger. I would like to thank many people for helping me make it this far. First of all, thank you to M12 the daring, who was the 1000th commenter ^^. Now let us sit back and enjoy the glorification of other bloggers and commenter’s ;p.

AnimeBlogger.net has always been supportive of new writers all over the world to establish their blog for free. As we continue to expand and include new bloggers to the anime blogosphere, we have reached a point where advertising dollars are not enough to pay for the hosting services.
Hence, we have decided to appeal for donations to cover the taxes and hosting fees of AnimeBlogger.net. The first goal is to raise US$1600 to cover three months of hosting and the taxes applicable to AnimeBlogger.net. When we have secured that amount, we are looking into adding another server in order to accommodate more writers, which is where the second goal comes in. If we reach our second goal of US$2200, we’ll be able to add another server.
This is just to let you know that “I” know there are problems with my blog and my rss, it isn’t just you lol. I will still be posting, as I can still post with the problems and you can read it, hence, being able to read this post ^^. Please bear with me until this problem is fixed. Thank you.
